The Most Improved Gender Equity Award recognises
the company that has made the most significant
change in gender diversity and implemented the
greatest number of policies.
Finalists were determined after being identified
from the data extracted from the Embrace
Difference Council Scorecard. This data shows
year on year movement of female representation
in leadership, female representation in the overall
workforce and a summary of policy changes
undertaken by each business.
