The Drinks Association is proud to announce that Nielsen has re-signed as a Corporate Partner for 2020.
Nielsen's Pacific Connect Managing Director Bernie Hughes said Nielsen remains focused on supporting the Australian liquor industry in 2020 and beyond.
"We are ready to capture and share the most current and relevant future trends impacting consumer behavior towards liquor categories - both locally and with a global view," Hughes noted.
"Together we will assess the industry's data needs, develop world-class consumer tracking and market forecast solutions to ensure long-term, responsible growth for the Australian liquor industry."
Among highlights for the Corporate Partnership in 2019 were Danny Brager, Nielsen Senior Vice-President, Beverage Alcohol Practice (US), discussing learnings the Australian drinks industry can take from liquor trends in the United States at a Drinks Association Network Breakfast; plus Nielsen expanding its services to the drinks industry following its acquisition of the Ebiquity advertising intelligence business.
The Drinks Association CEO Georgia Lennon said: "Our Corporate Partnerships play a vital role in building a stronger drinks industry, so it is with great pleasure that I welcome Nielsen to another year of partnership with the association. I look forward to working with Bernie and his team in 2020."
