Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Australia recently celebrated the first anniversary of its employee resource group, Pride@CCEP.
In recognition of CCEP’s LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts in the past year and to accelerate its work further, the company is proud to announce CCEP is now a Pride in Diversity member.
Pride in Diversity is Australia’s first and only national not-for-profit employer support program for all aspects of LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Through the membership CCEP will have access to training and consulting services including LGBTQ+ awareness, ally training, policy review and strategy for inclusion.
William Wong, Customer Category Manager, CCEP and Pride@CCEP’s lead shared: “The support received from the business, from top down, for our Pride employee resource group has been nothing short of magical. We are incredibly proud to join ACON’s Pride in Diversity member base to further accelerate our LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts at CCEP and beyond."
"CCEP is committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, and this membership, alongside our group’s initiatives will be key drivers of this for the LGBTQ+ community,” he added.
