Leading premium spirits company Brown-Forman ANZPI has been certified as a Great Place To Work by the global independent authority on workplace culture.
In the region’s first year of applying for certification, 92 per cent of Brown-Forman employees completed the survey, reflecting a strong engagement result of 78 per cent.
Brown-Forman was recognised for the strength of its inclusive workplace culture, for upholding its values of Integrity, Trust, Respect, Teamwork and Excellence, and for operating with clear purpose – to enrich life.
Brown-Forman says that more than 90 per cent of its employees share a sense of pride at being part of a workplace culture where people care about each other, say they feel welcomed and that it is a fun place to work.

The Great Place To Work survey highlighted clear strengths of the business, as well as providing valuable insights into areas the team will focus on evolving and continuing to improve.
