Mercer’s 2022-2023 Global Talent Trends Study collected the thoughts of 11,000 executives, HR leaders and workers across 16 countries, and revealed what is keeping them up at night, where HR is prioritising investment, and what employees really want from work. We heard loud and clear that Relatable Organisations are leading the way by putting people first and propelling them to thrive.
So what are they focused on? They are constantly resetting for relevance, figuring out new ways to work in partnership, delivering on total well-being outcomes, building for employability, and harnessing collective energy to drive change.
