The Embrace Difference Council's Insights Workstream collates and analyses data to inform diversity strategies and track progress across the drinks industry.
Led by Sarah Abbott from Lion, the purpose of the Insights Workstream is to promote diversity and inclusion by:
- Collecting data to produce an industry Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Scorecard.
- Engaging in advocacy to influence businesses.
- Using storytelling to highlight success stories and challenges.
- Developing the Respect Charter to set standards for behaviour.
- Staying informed about emerging themes to keep initiatives relevant and effective.

Insights Workstream Lead
