Gender Equity Workstream

The Embrace Difference Council’s Gender Equity Workstream focuses on the importance of driving meaningful change in female representation.

Led by Stephanie Shedden from Pernod Ricard, the purpose of the Gender Equity Workstream is to advance gender equity by:

  • Establishing a Gender Framework to ensure policies like flexible work arrangements and parental leave support equitable workplaces.
  • Supporting the Inclusive Leadership Program to develop leaders who foster inclusive environments.
  • Celebrating International Women's Day to highlight women's achievements and advocate for gender equality.
