Inclusive Leadership Programs

The Drinks Association partners with Serendis to deliver Inclusive Leadership and Career Development Programs.  Leadership drives culture, and culture drives results and at Serendis their mission is to help people at every level of an organisation embrace leadership as a mindset, creating meaningful change and lasting success.

At the core of Serendis' philosophy is the idea that diverse perspectives make leadership stronger. Through one-on-one coaching and mentoring, they help individuals build self-awareness, empowering them to lead with flexibility and tackle challenges with confidence. By embracing a range of viewpoints, Serendis helps leaders tap into their full potential and deliver real, impactful results throughout their leadership journey.

 

Inclusive Leadership Mentoring Program

This six-month mentoring experience combines informal and formal sessions between mentees and mentors with a structured and interactive program of events and workshops. In addition to the workshops, mentees and mentors meet one-on-one for their mentoring sessions approximately six to eight times over the course of the program.

The formal sessions facilitated by Serendis provide guidance and focus to the one on one mentoring sessions so that these are more than just ‘casual conversations’. This program delivers unique value by providing both a leadership development opportunity and an impactful mentoring partnership.

Attending the workshops is an essential element of the program and participants from outside of Sydney are encouraged to join a minimum of two of the in-person events.

The cross-industry Inclusive Leadership Program is available to Category One Members and Partners.

Career Development & Inclusive Leadership Program

Designed for aspiring, emerging, and current managers and leaders who would like to invest in their own career development and learn inclusive leadership capabilities.  

This online program includes many of the formal learning areas for the Inclusive Leadership Mentoring Program without the structured mentoring component.

Participants will be provided with:

  • Tools to progress their careers, position their personal brand, and enhance inclusive leadership acumen
  • Frameworks to understand their key value-based strengths, career influences, derailers, and purpose
  • Opportunity to learn how inclusion unlocks the value of diversity and drives performance in teams
  • Applied tools to practice the behaviours of an inclusive style of leadership
  • Opportunity to learn about the impact mentoring can have on their career and how to find a suitable mentor.
